3Generate sleeping bags for refugees
|
Sleeping bags donated at the annual Methodist youth event, 3Generate, have been delivered to Calais where they will provide essential bedding for refugees.

This year’s Christmas HOPE magazine is out. There is a Nativity story for families to read together, a game to play and a competition. This 32-page, top quality, glossy give-away aims to be a conversation-starter at seasonal events.

JPIT has been campaigning for an end to ‘hostile environment’ immigration policies. JPIT are now calling on churches to play a part in creating a more welcoming environment for migrants and refugees.

Methodist Heritage Calender
|
The Methodist Heritage Calendar 2019 marks a decade of promoting the inspirational heritage of the Methodist Church, with photographs that tell the story of Methodism and God’s mission.

The Methodist Forces Board have published a new, longer version of the video Roots, Boots and Wings giving an insight into the experiences of children and young people whose parents are in the military.
|

Wesley’s House and Chapel
|
On Saturday 15 December two events take place at Wesley’s House and Chapel in London. Between 12 noon and 2.30pm you can enjoy tea, coffee and delicious cake served by Georgian re-enactors. From 3.00pm, The Snow Queen will be performed by Quantum Theatre with tickets available from their website.
