Wesley’s Wellbeing Workshop

 

Come to the New Room, Bristol, on Saturday 17 March between 11am and 3pm for a hands-on workshop to discover John Wesley’s unusual methods for curing diseases. Tickets are available in advance from the New Room Cafe and Shop or online here.

Thy Kingdom Come

Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement

that began in the Church of England in 2016. The Methodist Church in Britain is now a partner in the initiative. A range of resources and kits are available here.

You can share your faith stories with the Methodist Church on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. Keep an eye out for #Pleadge2Pray videos on social media. Many members of the Methodist family have taken part in these promotional videos. Will you #Pledge2Pray?

Still bearing fruit in old age

  

In a society which seems to value youth, an ecumenical event at Methodist Central Hall, Coventry will explore how God works through those who are older. The 2018 Methodist Conference – media team volunteers needed

Reflections

 

In the coming week the Prayer Handbook will be encouraging us to pray with Christians in the Middle East, India and Asia, Britain and Ireland. The theme for next week’s A Word in Time Bible studies is Love Everlasting written by the Revd Dr Richard Clutterbuck.
